The right project manager keeps our active builds running smoothly, communicates clearly with subs and ownership, and brings the kind of steady follow-through that makes everyone’s job easier.
What you’d do
Regular site visits across active jobs, primarily in Hardy and Hampshire Counties, WV. Meet with subcontractors on site, verify the work, catch the things that need catching, and keep ownership in the loop with honest updates on status and issues. The job lives equally on the ground and on a PC — submittals, change orders, daily reports, photo logs, schedules. You should be comfortable working on a computer and willing to learn our systems quickly.
Who we’re looking for
Communication is the number one part of this job. We need someone who picks up the phone, sends the update, asks the question — clearly, professionally, and without being chased. Subcontractors should respect them. Ownership should trust their read on a situation. You don’t need to be a career construction manager — but you do need to be organized, observant, and comfortable working independently in the field. Construction experience is a plus, not a requirement.
