Services

Design, build, and everything in between.

Five service lines under one studio. We take projects from first sketch to final walkthrough, or pick up anywhere along the way.

Custom Homes & Cabins

Homes designed for the land they’re built on.

We design and build custom residences on private lots across West Virginia — full service from site evaluation and conceptual design through construction drawings, permitting, framing, and finish.

Our niche is smaller, thoughtful builds: cabins, A-frames, compact modern homes, and single-level retirement layouts. Buildings where every square foot is considered and every detail has a reason. We’re not here to put up a tract house.

Remodels & Additions

Make the house you have fit the life you’re actually living.

Kitchens, baths, whole-home renovations, and additions that feel like they were always part of the building. We handle structural work, permitting, and finish — and we coordinate the trades so you’re not managing three subs at once.

Older homes in the region are full of surprises. Concealed framing, out-of-level floors, original electrical. We know how to work around them without blowing through the budget.

Kitchens & Baths

The rooms that do the most work.

A kitchen or bath is the most complicated thing you can renovate at this scale — layout, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, tile, lighting, appliances, ventilation, and material selection all have to land at the same time. We handle design, selections, ordering, and install.

We partner with Greenfield and Siteline for cabinetry, and Ferguson and Stone House for fixtures and finishes. Our design process covers space planning, style direction, and a realistic budget before a single thing is ordered.

Interior & Architectural Design

Plans, elevations, and 3D — from first sketch to shop drawing.

Interior and architectural design has been a core service since day one. Sarah leads this work. We handle conceptual design, floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, material direction, and the detailed drawings trades actually need to build from.

Design-only projects are fine too. Not every client needs us to build what we draw. But when we do both, the project benefits from drawings that were made by someone who’s going to have to build them.

Below: design process for a floating staircase — concept sketches and 3D studies alongside the finished build — plus a handful of concept renderings from past projects. This is how most of our work moves from idea to finished space.

Home & Site Modeling

See the house on your land before the shovel drops.

Conceptual 3D modeling of both the home and the site. We model terrain, setbacks, driveways, and accessory structures so siting decisions are made with the full picture visible — not guessed at from a flat plan.

It’s the clearest way to understand how a design will actually live on a specific lot before construction commits the cost.

Site Work & Septic Systems

Dirt, stumps, and everything under the house.

We run mini-excavators, a skid steer, and a wood chipper. That covers a wide range of small-to-medium site work — clearing, grading, driveway prep, trenching, drainage, brush and wood cleanup, and general excavation.

Jacob is a licensed Class 1 Septic Installer (WV permit 54-23-038). We design, install, and repair conventional septic systems and can handle the inspection coordination and permitting on your behalf.

Service area is primarily Hampshire and Hardy Counties, West Virginia. Below: the equipment lineup — skid steer, mini-excavators, and the attachments that let one crew handle jobs most contractors subcontract out.
